Description

Join us for this 1 hour session to learn about some skills and strategies to help you manage through some of the tough times

Some of the main features of Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) include intense emotional distress, self criticism and self-loathing. Instead of mercilessly judging and criticizing yourself for various inadequacies or shortcomings, self-compassion means you show yourself kindness and understanding when confronted with difficult experiences.

This presentation is for anyone who experiences 'tough times' and is seeking new ways to manage their distress and to help them to be in a better relationship with themselves.

Light refreshments will be served. Resources about BPD will be available.
